Our Bible Study group will take up the Letter of Paul to the Romans this fall. The Letter to the Romans is widely regarded as Paul's most complex and influential letter; it has often been called his "theological last will and testament." It has been a key text in the development of Christian thought, even as Christians have not always heeded Paul's point in chapters 9-11 that God's covenant with the Jewish people still remains in place. The theme of the letter is nothing less than the ability of the gospel to bring salvation to all people.
The Bible Study will be led by Dan Kueper, who has a Master's Degree in Theological Studies. It will take place at 8:30 AM every Sunday (location TBD) starting on September 15. Bible Study group discussion is always spirited, with no question off-limits! Contact the Church Office, immanuel06105@gmail.com, or Dan at dkueper.ia@gmail.com to find out more!
